This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all paid subscriptions of CA Saathi, provided by Axxoraa Private Limited. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

1. Free Trial

• Every new user gets a 30-day free trial with full access to all features.
• No credit card is required to start the trial.
• You will not be charged automatically at the end of the trial. You must choose a paid plan to continue.

2. Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard under Plans & Billing.
• After cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
• No further charges will be applied after cancellation.

3. Refund Eligibility

Full refund — within 30 days:

• If you cancel within 30 days of your first paid subscription, you are eligible for a full refund.
• If you cancel within 30 days of any subsequent renewal, you are eligible for a full refund of that renewal amount.

No refund — after 30 days:

• After 30 days from the payment date, refunds are not available.
• You can still cancel to stop future renewals, but the current billing period will not be refunded.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within the eligible period:

Please include:

• Your registered email address
• Your Razorpay payment ID (available in your billing history)
• Reason for the refund (optional, but helpful for us)

5. Refund Processing Time

• We will acknowledge your refund request within 48 hours.
• Once approved, the refund is initiated immediately via Razorpay.
• The amount will reflect in your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or UPI provider.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Refund requested more than 30 days after payment.
• Account terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
• Requests based on a change of mind after the 30-day window.
• Partial months — we do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused time within a billing period.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account while the dispute is resolved. We encourage you to contact us first — we are committed to resolving issues fairly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
