30 days free, and early access firms get 6 months. No credit card. No setup fee. Full access to every feature. If it does not save you time, you pay nothing.
Do I need to install anything?
No. CA Saathi works in your browser. Nothing to install. Nothing to maintain. Just sign up, log in, and start uploading files.
What if I need help setting up?

How do I migrate my existing client data?
Send us your client list in Excel or CSV format on WhatsApp, and our team will import it for you. We support data from Tally, Excel, Google Sheets, and most practice management tools.
How does the GSTR-2B reconciliation work?
You upload two files: your purchase register (Excel, CSV, or JSON) and the GSTR-2B file downloaded from the GST portal. CA Saathi matches invoices by GSTIN and invoice number, flags mismatches, identifies missing entries, and shows you exactly how much ITC is at risk.
Does it integrate with WhatsApp?
Yes. Follow-ups, payment reminders, document requests, and filing confirmations go out through the official WhatsApp Business API. You approve the message before it sends, so nothing goes out without your review.
Is there a per-client charge?
No. Every plan includes unlimited clients. Whether you have 10 clients or 1,000, the price is the same. No per-user charges either.
How is this different from other tools?
Most tools are dashboards. You still do the work. CA Saathi is an assistant. You upload a file, it reconciles. You give an instruction, it executes. You review exceptions and approve. The difference is who does the work.
Can I track UDIN generation and expiry?
Yes. Our UDIN tracker logs every UDIN generated, sends reminders before expiry, and keeps a searchable history across all your clients.
What plans do you offer?
Four plans: Solo (₹999/year for 1 user), Team (₹1,999/year for up to 10 users), Firm (₹3,499/year for up to 50 users), and Enterprise (₹6,999/year for 50+ users). All plans include unlimited clients and every feature. Prices exclusive of 18% GST.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term contracts. Cancel from your dashboard. No questions asked. If you cancel within 30 days of a paid subscription, you get a full refund.
What happens when my trial ends?
We'll send you a WhatsApp reminder 7 days before your trial ends. You can choose a plan, downgrade to our free tier, or simply do nothing. We never charge you automatically.
How do I upgrade my plan?
From your dashboard, go to Profile and click "Upgrade Plan." Or message us on WhatsApp at +91 92631 33158 and we'll process the upgrade manually within minutes.
Is my client data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We follow DPDP Act compliance. Your client data is never shared with third parties. Our infrastructure is hosted on Supabase, which is SOC 2 Type II compliant.
Who can see my client data?
Only you and your team members with active logins. Our staff does not access your data unless you explicitly authorize it for support purposes. Every access is logged.
Can I export my data?
Yes, at any time. You can export client lists, reconciliations, and documents in Excel or CSV format from your dashboard. Your data is yours.
What happens if I delete my account?
Your account and all associated client data, reconciliations, and documents are permanently deleted within 30 days. This action cannot be undone. Contact support before deletion if you need an export.
